Based in the heart of Devon, we make full use of the wonderful produce available in the West Country and the UK, and we source our ingredients as close to home as possible.

Tom Little and Tom Cull developed Little & Cull in response to strong demand for superior quality prepared products. Building on experience gained by developing two other highly successful food brands, Tom’s Pies and Dartmoor Kitchen, Little and Cull have expanded their repertoire with passion and enthusiasm, now delivering imaginative, ever-evolving products to a wide range of new customers.

Little & Cull Ltd has seen rapid expansion in recent years and we have a growing team of highly skilled and professional individuals driven to deliver exceptional products with a high level of customer service.

Executive Chef & Managing Director

Some 10 years ago Tom set up his first company, Dartmoor Kitchen (Wedding Industry Award National Caterer of the Year 2015) shortly followed by the hugely successful Tom’s Pies. Little & Cull was a natural progression and Tom uses his culinary skills to develop versatile and distinctive products which although at times are manufactured in high volumes, still retain their home-made artisan taste and quality.

Tom is responsible for development, sales, and marketing across the business. Having built up the
Tom’s Pies brand he has years of sales experience and delivers a professional and dedicated customer service with the needs of the customer always paramount. As a driven and focused sales director Tom is always looking for new and exciting opportunities in this rapidly evolving market place.

Lizzi Smith

Managing Director

Lizzi oversees all activity on both sites ensuring that our high standards of production and customer service are always maintained.

David Knott

Finance Director

David heads up our Finance department, providing day to day operational support to the team whilst assisting the board with timely management reporting and input to the strategic direction of the business.

Ben Lister

Production & Purchasing Manager

Ben manages the production and purchasing side of the business. He has a hands on role and is involved in product development.

Operations Manager

Stuart manages the operations and logistics across both of our sites.

Dominika Kuczynska

Head of Technical

Dominika manages and maintains our accreditation status and standards, she played a key role in our BRC Accreditation success at our Heathfield Estate site.

Tomas Cook

Head of Development

Tomas manages product development for Little & Cull, he also runs events and heads up a strong team constantly developing new menus and dishes for Dartmoor Kitchen.

Gina Nery Novais

Floor Manager

Gina works closely with the Managing Directors and Technical departments to ensure that the factory is running to maximum efficiency.

Louis Corcutt

Business Development Manager

Louis is our nationwide Business Development Manager focusing predominantly on the Tom’s Pies brand.

Accounts Manager

Richard manages our accounts and is your first point of contact for any payment queries
